Not getting ripped off. That’s the idea, isn’t it? Almost everyone trying to sell some old gold jewelry walks into a store or a gold buying party pretty much blind. I want to educate you through this blog to the facts of selling your gold. I have worked in a jewelry store buying gold from customers for the last 6 years, so I have a thing or two share. Bookmark my site and we will get going very soon.

I have gold jewelry including 2 old wedding sets and lots of ruby jewelry that I inherited. There\’s also some gold charms and chains from the 80\’s. There are 6 grams of gold ingots (one 5gram and one 1 gram) in bezels. I think the rest is 14karat. I put it all on a postage scale and it weighs over 5 ounces. How should I go about selling this and what should I expect to realize?
